Dear Shareholders, dear Friends of ERC, dear Patients,
After so many years of effort and creativity, we are happy to receive our good news.
Good news is coming from our Publication which presents our data from the real world, providing us with dignity and satisfaction to bring the message to the patients and their family. This message indicates that hope is finally present and we will do everything we can to provide this treatment as soon as possible to the patients and to the medical community.
The FDA has recognized this data and they have granted us with Fast track approval and showed us the fastest way to achieve the registration Phase III clinical trial.
The year 2022 was one of the hardest and, at the same time, one of the most active years that ERC has ever registered.
We opened and upgraded the production site, we started treating patients in Europe and we continued treating patients in the U.S.A and Israel. Finally, very soon we will be ready to have a meeting with the FDA to request the possibility to have the approval to treat the maximum of patients, after the FDA recognition and approval.
I would also like to point out that I am very grateful to our Board of Directors. We have a world-class Board. Throughout this process, their independent judgment and expert perspective have been a huge benefit to our company and to our shareholders.
Our greatest strength has always been the quality of our people. They are dedicated. They are diligent. They are committed to making this fabulous company better and therefore, I am proud to be part of this creative company. It is a privilege to work at their side and see them being creative and by-pass obstacles.
I will close this note with thanks on several fronts.
First of all, to all of us. To all the ERC team in the planet and to every one that was involved the last few years and last year. Thank you for both your hard work and the inspiration you give me. Despite facing not just COVID, but also "natural disasters", you continue your vital and tremendous work with an innovative spirit. I am excited to see what we can do together in the near and the latest future.
I would also like to thank our Board of Directors, for both giving me this opportunity and their helpful guidance. I look forward to working with them for the future debates and exciting moments to come.
Last but not least, many thanks to you, our shareholders, for your trust that leads our company to the opportunities and to our global recognition, and to the patients, families, scientists, physicians and regulators.

Après tant d’années d’efforts et de créativité, nous sommes heureux de pouvoir partager de bonnes nouvelles !
Ces bonnes nouvelles découlent de notre dernière Publication qui présente nos données scientifiques provenant des résultats des patients traités, nous permettant d’apporter, avec dignité et satisfaction, un message positif aux patients et à leurs familles. Ce message indique que l’espoir est finalement présent et nous ferons tout ce que nous pourrons pour fournir dès que possible notre traitement aux patients et à la communauté médicale.
La FDA a reconnu ces données, nous a donné l’approbation Fast Track et nous a indiqué la marche à suivre pour clôturer rapidement l’essai clinique de Phase III.
L’année 2022 a été l’une des plus dures et en même temps l’une des années les plus actives qu’ERC ait jamais connue.
Nous avons ouvert et mis à niveau notre site de production, nous avons commencé à traiter des patients en Europe et continué à en traiter aux USA et en Israël. Nous serons très bientôt prêts à rencontrer la FDA pour leur demander l’approbation de traiter un maximum de patients, après avoir obtenu leur reconnaissance.
J’aimerais aussi faire part de toute ma gratitude envers notre Conseil d’Administration. Nous avons un Board de classe mondiale. Le jugement indépendant et le point de vue d’expert de ses membres ont été un énorme avantage pour notre entreprise et nos actionnaires.
Notre plus grande force a toujours été la qualité des personnes avec lesquelles nous travaillons. Elles sont dévouées. Elles sont assidues. Elles sont engagées à rendre cette fabuleuse société meilleure et c’est pourquoi je suis fier d’en faire partie. C’est un privilège de travailler à leurs côtés et de les voir être créatifs et contourner les obstacles.
Je terminerai cette note avec des remerciements sur différents fronts :
Tout d’abord, merci à vous tous. A toute l’équipe d’ERC, internationalement, et à chaque personne impliquée ces dernières années et l’année qui vient de s’écouler. Merci à la fois pour le travail que vous avez fourni et pour l’inspiration que vous me donnez. Malgré le COVID et les « catastrophes naturelles » auxquels vous avez fait face, vous continuez votre travail, vital et énorme, avec un esprit novateur. Je suis excité de voir ce que nous pourrons faire ensemble dans un futur proche et plus lointain.
J’aimerais aussi remercier notre Conseil d’Administration, à la fois pour m’avoir donné cette opportunité et pour leurs précieux conseils. J’ai hâte de travailler avec ses membres pour les futurs débats que nous aurons et les moments excitants à venir.
Enfin et surtout, mille mercis à vous, nos actionnaires, pour votre confiance qui permet à notre société de vivre cette expérience et pour la reconnaissance globale de notre travail qui en découle ; merci aux patients, aux familles, scientifiques, physiciens et régulateurs.
