Dear Shareholders, dear Friends of ERC, dear Patients,
Let me please wish to all of you, from the deep of my heart, a Merry Christmas and an excellent Year 2022.
What a year 2021 !! This year that has just passed, we experienced the most challenging moments for the team all around the world.
First of all, we had the suggestion from the FDA by letter to pass for registration clinical trial and even to stop the current phase II clinical trial to the sites as University California Irvine and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School. Secondly we applied for a fast track designation to the FDA.
Moreover, we provided many treatments around the world to the terminal Glioblastoma patients with no any therapeutical options and they trusted us, the Physicians and the families trusted ERC for this final therapeutical option that only ERC could provide.
We had many patients that responded successfully to our protocol treatment even if these patients had been into the fourth progression of the tumours and they responded.
This year, we are more than certain that we will have a break through therapy and, if we don’t, we will need to reconsider the humanism and the ethics of the medical agencies that the excessive administration is dominated to the common sense of the "impossible" remission of our patients.
After all this data, I personally salute the common sense of the USA and the permission to treat international patients to their territory. I salute the wonderful team in the Netherlands that created the possibility to provide the best of standard of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) product.

Permettez-moi de vous souhaiter, à chacun de vous, du plus profond de mon coeur, un Joyeux Noël et une excellente année 2022!
Comme 2021 a été riche en événements !! Cette année qui vient de passer a fait vivre des moments très difficiles à toutes nos équipes.
Tout d'abord, la lettre de la FDA nous proposant de passer en phase III avec phase d'enregistrement et de clôturer l'essai clinique de phase II en cours sur les sites de l'University of California Irvine et du Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School. Ensuite, notre demande de désignation "fast track" à la FDA.
Nous avons, de plus, pu fournir de nombreux traitements partout dans le monde à des patients en phase terminale n'ayant aucune autre option thérapeutique. Ces patients, leur médecin et leur famille ont fait confiance à ERC et au vaccin que nous sommes les seuls à proposer.
De nombreux patients ont répondu positivement à notre traitement, même si ceux-ci souffraient de glioblastome de grade IV et le plus fréquemment sans autre option thérapeutique.
Nous sommes certains que cette année nous apportera une rupture dans le domaine thérapeutique grâce à notre produit et si ce n'est pas le cas, nous devrons reconsidérer l'humanisme et l'éthique des agences médicales dont l'administration excessive domine au bon sens de "l'impossible" rémission de nos patients.
Je tiens à présent à saluer personnellement le discernement des Etats-Unis et le fait qu'ils nous permettent de traiter des patients internationaux sur leur territoire. Je salue l'équipe formidable aux Pays-Bas grâce à laquelle nous pouvons produire notre vaccin suivant les règles GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices - Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication).
